Advice on where to stay close to walking street

I am looking for recommendations for places to stay within walking distance of Walking Street. I can pay up to $2,000Baht a night and I would like the following:

 

1. Wi-fi access

2. 24 hour security (or safe location)

3. Large clean room with king bed

3. In room safe

4. No joiner fees for the many threesomes I would like to have lol

5. Daily maid service

6. Overall 3 to 4 star place if possible

 

Would love to hear your guys recommendations for any places that fit my requirements.....Thanks from this newbie visiting in January.....
