Short term condo rental wanted

Hi,I'm looking for a short term condo rental..central pattaya..not past 3rd road..15/9 .. Check out ..6/10.. For 3 weeks holiday..any information greatly appreciated..happy to pay deposit.. Cheers grazza

What's your budget?

 

VT6 is easiest to rent and in best location but not cheap. Probably 1500-2000 a night. I can post details of a few agents if you like?

The Base is fairly new to the scene and a little cheaper on average but has smaller units. One agent on site I think.

The Avenue, City Garden, The Urban likely to be a little cheaper again but not easy to rent online - unless you use AirBnB.

Center Condo likely the cheapest option but only one or two agents. There's a thread with details I can find if you like?

Cheers for the info davidge,I'm looking at vt6 atm..honeys and Dancewatchers..the avenue the urban city garden would be great but hard to find a agent.will have a look at airbnb.. Cheers for info..the base rooms look really small...some companies now will only rent a condo by the month..Thai law...so I'm not sure how companies like Dancewatchers etc are able to do so...cheers fo the information..grazz

My budget is for 3 weeks is 20000.. But am prepared to go up to about 30000 for the right property..eg view tallay 6.. Thinking maybe staying at a hotel is a option but you can't beat the privacy of staying at a condo. Btw my knees are shagged so stairs at guesthouses are out these days..cheers

Im at centric sea near hard rock hotel and close to Soi 6. Love it. Studios avail for 14k per month
