I need advice/info about Kleng

My missus stays with her mum and 3 kids when i am not there, she lives just off Suhkimvit 20-25 KM PAST Kleng coming from Pattaya. She was in a run down place before that had chickens and Rotwilers running about, i hated that. She moved into a new house today and it is costing her 4500 baht a month, what kind of house should i be expecting to see for that price down that way?

 

She says it is "big".
