In USA there is one of these on every street corner, supposedly Phuket also.

 

Does it exist in Pattaya?

In the US franchises such as Marble Slab and Cold Stone Creamery are well known for this type of ice cream presentation. Use of the " anti griddle " which is the freezer plate appliance used , and then add toppings.... 

 

A while back in Bangkok ,Terminal 21 had an ice cream shop that used Liquid nitrogen so the ice cream was pretty much scratch made to order ...very "cool" to watch .  

I am not ting tong...my mother had me tested.
