Room Needed 30th Dec until the 3rd Jan

Hi I am trying to find a place to stay from the 30th Dec until the 3rd Jan (check out 4th) I already have an apartment book from the 4th so no worries there but the places I have e-mailed are all full, I am not looking at an hotel as they will charge for the gala dinner on NYE so I am looking for an apartment or guest house the room has to be big as I will be with my GF and my son. I am looking at no more than 1100 baht a night.
