Naklua soi 12 area

i am looking at a an apartment in Naklua soi 12 area and would be grateful of details of infrastrucure there. Dnt need bars just cheap decent street food and 7/11 also frequency of baht bus to dolphin

 

This is the turning to the sanctuary of truth and although i have been there dont remember what is is like so any if would be great
