That is" The Residence " at jomtien   after second road behind Rompho market Bars ( 3 min. by car /bike , 10 min by foot } just Google for agents or

Yes, i know that is The Residence, But little bit expensive as its going to be 54k baht for the 2 months there. So im just looking out for other options.

 

Do you know if its far to get 10 baht bus outside The Residence?

You'd have to walk to the Thappraya/second road junction.

Google maps says 18 mins but in the heat probably a bit more.

 

Really, you need to use mototaxis if staying there.

 

Have these at Maytara , perhaps they do long term

By this map I only showed the first place to reach for first signs of Thai civilization for eating  / drinking ......davidge map is correct for Baht bus and nicer restaurants / eating places ,..... nice resort with big studios 52sqm , the ones on pool are double ones with separate bedroom(s) ,but really you are in need of own transport...
