If this is sold as is show then the buyer could fit an Earth cable.

 

However if its a early photo before the fitting of the Water heater and one has been fitted now then you would be wise to

check it is Earthed many have died due to shower units not Earthed. 

 

And sadly meany more will.

 

This is not a criticism of your sale just trying to possibly save a life.

Even when there is a green/yellow ground cable .....you better double check that it is connected and with the correct test readings.......and not only as "show piece". 

and better to install that extra RCD box
