Pace Residence

Hello all, just wondering if anybody has experienced a stay at the Pace Residence Pattaya of late? Located off the side lane connecting Buakhao around to Soi 15 (across from the Boomerang guesthouse, according to google streetview). From all appearances online, the rooms seem to tick all the boxes...website tends to focus on long stays (14-18,000thb per. month), but facebook page is promoting from 790thb a nite (11,900thb per. month) - unsure if electric & water inc. however? Any reviews or opinions would be gladly noted, as always on the lookout for newly found 'diamonds in the rough'...around the buakhao & surrounding area(s) - cheers, Sash!

The only downside is the rooms are small . Ok for a few days but for long term you would go stir crazy in there

Yes but there's no noise from it.

 

Lived on that soi for 1 year and apart from a few months when one of those cocktail shacks opened up, it's a very quiet soi.

 

Only noise you might get is from the screaming ladyboys that hang around in Asian backpackers, but it's up for sale.

Cleaning once a week included.

Electric and water are extra.
