Yes, you can slice them in half with a sharp knife. I've tried half but factoring in alcohol my preference is for a whole one. Expect a blocked and stuffy nose for a few hours which will clear and you should be good to go for 24/48 hours.

All the pills can be cut down into halves or quarters, and any decent pharmacy should be able to sell you a pill-cutter which makes the job easier.  These only cost a couple of bucks.

If you throw a whole pill down it can last 2-3 days.  That was me initially.  (55btw)

 

Started getting steamin headache on future occasions so I took Cerberus' good advice and now chew it up and dissolve in approx

250ml bottle of juice or gatorade.  Sip as required until you feel the pressure building inside both heads.

 

Top up as required....

 

Works well.

 

 

P.S yes its important to know from your doctor if you have any underlying health conditions - esp heart related - that ED drugs might create major problems.

 

pps I note that my large is 10% larger when on such stimulants.  Massage lady - why u cock not fit today like yesterday...hmmm

I bought a pill cutter from the pharmacy and cut them into three, that does me fine.

 

Also someone mentioned that with the gels you can out then into a bottle of water , keep them in the refrigerator and drink half , third or a quarter, whatever works, trial and error, really.

I tried Kamagra a while back and it had the worse side effects, similar to yours. Black Ant was better and Sidegra better still, but I'm enjoying not taking any now.

Try taking a quarter... even less, just nibble some off, you need to find the dosage at which you get the effect but without the side effects you mention. Try an Apcalis/Cialis as an alternative, different active ingredient which may give you less sides.

Mix kamagra with gatorade, i read that gatorade helps prevent the side effects or lessens them

 

Stuffy nose sucks, vicks sinus spray helps for that

Just an update on what I said earlier.

Lloyds charge £160 for ten 20mg Cialis.

Best if you take only twice a week.

Of course, you may be able to go to your GP and get them for the cost of the prescription.
