Lots of folks will be around. A good place to meet up with fellow travelers is at the bars in the OTOP area, opposite Hooters and Hard Rock Cafe on Rat-U-Tit 200 Bee Road; 5-600 metres south of Bangla Road. Also a similar, but smaller set up about 2-300 metres north of Bangla, opposite Sai Nam Yen School.
