For real ? Based on 20 or 30 years in the motor bike/scooter industry, or maybe you own a shop buying and selling scooters the last 10-20 years in Thailand....

or the view from your bedroom window ?

Rate of depreciation, plus wear n tear. So whether that's 40-50% off brand new retail pending condition would be my start point. Thai proverb - buying a used bike always expect problems

Don't know what to say here.

Can you give examples of bikes of this age that are available at your price range in Thailand?

I'm happy you sold at your price, i certainly wouldn't have paid your ask price. Never

i think your comparing to vehicle prices in the UK or other western countries !...They don't depreciate as much here!!

A £100 car in the UK is about £1000-£2000 here and thats a fact!!!

Cable guy and bikes are much cheaper. That's a fact, new and Used.

a friend bought a new one for 79k on the road a few weeks ago but without 1st class ins thats why some pay 86k,many 1yr old bikes go for high 60s to 70k but for an extra 10k i would buy new unless i knew the previous owner.

So i take it you don't own a bike in Thailand ...

Would have happily paid 50k for it ... and then would have sold it on with a 10k profit as i don't like the PCX ...  :WinkGrin1: .

That's a good buy for a very popular PCX bike!! Nice colour and nice wheels too.

Wonder if PG got it to add to the rental fleet??
