Hi All

 

I'm fully aware that there are several boot camps that are residential close to Pattaya but as I have now organised a condo rental I'm looking for any non residential options. I would like to train three or four times a week to get in shape. I have used Tonys gym previously In Jomtien but struggled to make contact with the personal trainer there; so thought this time a better organised programme would be preferable.
