Are there fixer type realestate agent-trustworthy in Phnom Penh Cambodia?

Hi I was in Phnom Penh a last year and was looking for a house or town house rental but really didn't see any that I liked around town.

 

Is there one go-to real estate agent that is trustworthy. I really like to rent a detached house. Yes I have been to real estate websites but I have a feeling that they are there to rip you off...maybe...don't know. This is the reason why I'm asking. All I know is that river from area was very nice compare to other areas...but then I don't know shxxt about the place.

What do you suggest? how should I go about pursuing my search?
