Not an easy one, some mispellings or esaan giving me a headache, but from the "So Sethaputra dictionary":

เบญจเพศ is translated as " the crucial age of twenty five- and whatever that means I am not concerned anymore :-(

Edit: probably wrong but this is my understanding of it:

During the years between crucial ages of twenty five... (25,50,75 ?)

You can for sure do like this:

Just wait for the many years to follow, or leave this world, or not... I feel tired !

เบญจเพส "benja-pet" literally means 25

It's an old Thai superstition that when you turn 25, depending on your horoscope, there is a big chance bad things will happen.

Car accidents, illness, death, etc.

People who believe in this will be extra careful this year and try to avoid big decisions.

So, it's a crucial year to try and get through unharmed :)

Hard to say without any context.

I'll translate the individual words, maybe it'll make some sense to you:

นอน non - "to lie down" or "to sleep"

เว้า wao - Isan for พูด "to talk"

กะ ga - here it could be short for กับ "with", or ก็ "then"

สม som - could mean several things depending on context: maybe "appropriate" (as in som nam na), or a girl's name "Som", or maybe something else, who knows?

I think som is a person. So "sleep talk with Som" ? "sleep talk" = lying on bed and talking, or talking while sleeping, like sleep walking?
