Any detached houses for rent west of sukumivit?

Hi. Have been to many real estate sites looking for a house to rent...detached on west of sukumvite towards the city. I have not seen one below 25,000 a month.

 

Do you know of any?

Any suggestions?

West of Suk is on the beach road side you realise !! lots of detached places there as it is a huge area. I live in Soi Arunothai opposite Big C Extra and many detached houses have for rent signs. most would be 2 bedrooms but some 3.
