Hi there,

 

can anyone recommend the Eastiny Residence in Soi 10 (Beach Road)? I hear they make it all new and are without joiner fee, is this right? If someone have "real" pictures please comment in this topic, you will help me a lot. Thanks

I am here now, it is ok.... The bathrooms have been renovated . New door locks.NO inroom safety box . Swimming pool ok. VERY quiet. Only six empty rooms last night, but hardly ever see anyone. They take girls cards. Internet disconnects quite often ... That lets it down . But good value for money and good location
