Guest house with a garden?

I don't need swimming pool, gym or other fancy areas provided in hotels. On the other hand, if you stay in a guest house, you are either in your room or out on the street. I just need a small area outside where I can sit in the shade and relax, nothing fancy. Do You know of a such place?

 

Area: Somewhere in the rectangle South Pattaya Road-Soi Buakhao - Central Pattaya Road - Beach Road.

Cost: 1000 baht during February.
