Heavy Cream

Not the cream most associated with this site... the food kind. Does anyone know where to buy it in Pattaya? I can only find whipped cream and I need Heavy cream (also called double cream) for my keto diet.

Also does anyone know where to buy MCT oil?

Thanks

I gave up Keto my last trip. I kept low carb but was in & out most times. Its very tricky when travelling. I tried to find some staples like Kerry gold etc.. no luck in Patts. plus most nutrition labels were on thai.

Yeah I've given up now, I knew it would be difficult so I brought some keto chow. All that's needed is heavy cream but all I can find anywhere is whipping cream. There's too many carbs to stay in ketotis

When looking for something specific like that the Thais may not use there are a few places to try. Each of these usually has a couple of things that the others don't.

Villa Supermarket in The Avenue Mall.

Tops Supermarket bottom floor of Central Festival.

Foodland and Big C Extra (formerly Carrefour) both on Central Pattaya Rd.

Friendship Supermarket on South Pattaya Rd near TukCom.

Macro on North Pattaya Rd.

I'm sure there's more but these all have stuff catering to foreigners. I don't know what may be out Jomtien way.

Thanks, I've tried all of those except for Macro. I'll check it out, cheers
