The libel lawsuit filed by Democrat Party deputy chief Kiat Sittheeamorn against Thai Rak Thai Party deputy spokesman Yuttapong Charasathien was disposed of by the court on Monday after Yuttapong apologised for making comments that Kiat, a former head of the Thailand Trade Representative Office, said had tarnished his reputation.
