Cornbread anywhere?

I know this is really a long shot but no harm in asking. When I was young I lived in the states (georgia) for almost 7 years and I got "addicted" to southern style cornbread. Does anybody know if, by chance, there is an american (or other) run place in pattaya where I can get some?

I'd love that too.

Not really close but you could try to biscuits with white gravy at Pastrami and Rye or the grilled polenta at Mr. Polenta on Pattaya Tai.

If you're truly addicted you might consider making it yourself, especially if you're going to be living in Thailand for a while.

I don't think you can buy cornmeal here, can you? 

But you can buy polenta.

Different grind size I think.

It's made from cornmeal.

 

 

 

 

Unfortunately, I don't know any place in Pattaya that has cornbread on the menu.

Oh well, it was a longshot. I didn`t think There would be a place since I even had some problems finding good corbread in florida some years back. Thanks anyway guys.

I make my own because it is not sold anywhere here that I know of. You can find all the ingrediants here at either Vila market or central festival. You will need a toaster oven or a normal oven . Beachroadlover

Yes, and cornbread is often served at Cactus in Bangkok (Soi Cowboy) Tuesdays and Thursdays when John serves up his comfort meals.
