What passport do you hold? Only passport holders on the following list are able to get a visa on arrival. Most BMs are able to get entry on a visa waiver program that is different to the visa on arrival.

Bhutan China Cyprus Czech Republic Ethiopia Hungary India Kazakstan Latvia Liechtenstien Lithuania Maldives Mauritius Oman Poland Principality of Andorra Russia Republic of Bulgalia Republic of Malta Romania Republic of San Marino Saudi-Arabia Slovak Slovenia Taiwan Ukrane Uzbekistan

As Scumbag said, you may be getting confused between 'Visa on Arrival' and 'Visa Exempt'.

Most of hs on here are from a country that qualifies for the Visa Exempt entry. UK, USA, Australia etc etc etc.

You just go through the normal Immigration counters and get a stamp in your passport that gives you 30-days in Thailand without needing to get a Visa.

Ok. Just checking. Your English is better than a lot of BM's from the countries I mentioned.

:-)

I'm sure someone will tell you the latest requirements.

OK fair enough. As the last one on your list of links is on the immigration department's website I would think that is the current one.

The length of time you will spend doing this at the airport will depend on how busy they are.

ok thx ,but what about photo ? what size ?

That form has 4x6cm on it so unless someone points out differently I would go with that. I doubt it will make much difference anyway.

If you're landing at Suvarnabhumi Airport, they're not that fussy and the normal passport size (I guess 3.5 x 4.5cm) is accepted at the VOA counters.

If you're landing at Don Muang though, get the 4 x 6cm or they'll make you go take a photo at a nearby counter at B100 a pop
