I'd first like to thank everyone who has provide information for the question i have asked thus far it has help me decide to plan my trip for November early December but i having trouble determining what gym i going to train at so with that said has anybody  at this gym recently and if so what is the quality of training i don't want a tourist trap and if it is what do the great folks here recommend as far as Muay Thai in the area.
