I'll be coming to Pattaya on the 18th July and staying until 9th August. Would anyone have any advice re renting a condo or a bungalow for 3 weeks? There are 4 of us. :D

I would suggest dont do it. 4 people it would be crowded and could get very noisy. I would just stay in a hotel if the 4 of you book together for 3 weeks you should be able to get some good rates.
