I got a new intel notebook in Dubai a few months ago.

All was well till a yesterday, plugged it in to charge & would not charge.

So I then tried to charge through UBS port, no joy.

So now it is completely dead.

Any recommendations as to where to take it for someone to sort?

Thanks but looks like battery is built in-I reckon the back cover would need to be removed to get to battery.

Sorry, but i would never buy anything in Dubai.

Maybe you have to go back to Dubai to fix it.

If there was any international warranty on this laptop, maybe try to see where their nearest service location is.

Sure the charging cable isn't damaged etc ??   Did mine in Pattaya got new generic one there
