Dear customers,I'm not charge you up in high season or low season.I want to focus in long stay customers mainly.I prefer to provide some service more for long stay persons more than charge up.So,it's 6000 baht per month.

 

How far away from Walking street are you by car and foot?

Well,it can be 5 min to walking street by baht bus (24 hrs around the front of building) Just pass 3 road intersection and 2 road intersection.Go stread ahead only.Maybe 10-15 min by foot.

 

Is there a joiner's fee?

Nope.

 

Does the room have air conditioning?

Of course, 6000 baht for air condition , warm shower,fridge , TV fully furnished.

 

Does the room have a safe?

We have a secret place to hide your important stuff.

careful about spending cost of living.Therefore,it's a good chance for us to serve you in

the right time.It's not luxuary but it's safe , clean , convenience.Please feel free to stay with

us.So , you can save more money to spend for something else while the crisis is taking place.

The place looks good (not expensive), the location is a bit far from the action (by foot) so you'll have to take the bathbus but...still: it's not expensive.. Compliments on the price..
