Apparently the Birmingham Thai Consulate closed in mid April due to the death of the Consul according to a post on Thai Visa. Checked for the website, Google says its permanently closed.

A real pain for us Midlanders, looks like a trip to Liverpool or Hull.

Hope the Greek Thai Consul in Cardiff stays healthy!
