Anyone know if the restaurant at the top, 27th floor, of the Markland Condo Soi 1 is still operating. I haven't been for several years but remember it was good, and great views. Any current reviews?

Closed. 

Markland opened a buffet restaurant on the main floor next to Tops. Can't really be seen from the street so it's mostly for their guests.
