English man falls from his 4th Floor Balcony.

 

A bizarre incident now from the BD House Mansion in Soi 17 off Pattaya Third Road which occurred on Sunday Night. Rescue Workers along with Police Lieutenant Colonel Sumet from Pattaya Police Station made their way to the location following reports of a foreign man who apparently fell from a 4th floor balcony. Rescue Workers attended to Mr. Sean Rostron aged 50 from England. He sustained head injuries but appeared not to be seriously injured. Mr. Rostron was spotted on the balcony moment earlier and had perched himself precariously on the edge of the balcony. Police are confident that a third-party was not involved in the fall and suspect that Mr. Rostron was either in a drunken state or was under the influence of narcotics. Police will take no further action in the case as Mr. Rostron recovers from his injuries in Hospital.

This falling from apartment/hotel balconies seems to be a bit of a phenomenon in the Patts area!

I wonder if being under the influence is by far the most common cause?

 

Glad to hear that the English chap is not too badly injured!

I know a lad from Southampton a bit of a piss head

 

Well apparently 2 or 3 years back in Pattaya fell 5 floors on to a laundry roof and survived

 

His brother had to send him 40000 to pay compensation for the roof

 

Apparently he was dancing to ABBA at the time piss up and over he went.

He’s from Southampton I cannot remember his name it’s a nick name

Just his face when I see him in the bars usually around crimbo time but I think he’s got a death wish last I see him he was laying in the road out side areca hotel
