Re entry to go to combodia

I am arriving thailand on 9th april. As i am indian national I will be apply for visa on arrival at suvarnbbumi airport. I will be staying in pattaya. I wish to visit poipet for one day. So should i need to apply for re-entry. How and where can i apply for that

You will need to apply for another visa on arrival in the same way as your initial arrival. If you are only doing this to extend your stay you should have applied for a tourist visa before leaving. It might be too late but you could contact your local consulate and ask if they can help.

 

Also remember that you will need a Cambodian visa. It is best (IMO) to apply for one online: Cambodian eVisa

But at aranyaprather check point they are not issue visa on arrival. And i dont want to go long to siam riep and come bank to bankok via flight to get my voa

If that is the case doing a border run to Poi Pet may not be an option for you.

What is the reason why you want to spend a day in Poi Pet? I ask as the only reason I can think is that your visa will not cover the period for which you want to stay. If that is the case any re-entry permit would not extend that period. Have you looked at the possibility of getting an extension on the visa while you are in Pattaya? I don't know if this is possible on a VOA but it would be a better option.

Maybe go to Poipet on your second last day in Thailand, then bus down to Siem Reap, fly home from there.  You'll need a visa to get into Cambodia anyway.
