soi 12 jomtien , also known as soi watboon , up a little from the winchester .

its the soi that runs from beach Rd to second round next to the night market. close to rompo market too.good location .

its soi 12 off the beach road , up across the round about and up to the market . then its just on the right .

I think you must be talking about different markets?

 

The Night Market is near Soi 10.

Rhompo is opposite the top of Soi 7.

 

The Condo is a fair bit further down - though still within baht bus route I think.

 

The OP says it's off Beach Rd. I thought Amazon was one of the developments inland from second road?

sorry for the misunderstanding , soi 12 is off beach road ,

the condo is  across the roundabout on second road , and up where the market is on soi12 / soi watboon  , if you know park lane and paradise park , then the amazon is nextdoor.

 all complexes have a shuttle service to beach road .
