Lipovitan-D. Be careful out there........

One of the side benefits of wearing a pedometer with a heart rate monitor is knowing the effects of different activities on your body.

The spike at 8pm was after consuming half a 100ml bottle of Lipo. The second spike was from a gratuitous threesome with fucking both girls hard including mish and doggy. Sweating like a pig and totally exhausted.

Buyer beware..........

True but theres a world of difference between an activity that is normal practice for everyone as opposed to deliberatly raising your heart and blood pressure with these drinks. That Red Bull is absolutely lethal but I see (and more so back in uk) guys drinking 8/9 a night with Vodka etc

Lipo is pretty good as a hangover cure, mix 1:3 with water, add ice as necessary, sip with a snack or chips. As far as mixing with alcohol, don't do it.

Ever sat in the front seat of a Baht Bus and seen all the empty bottles? No wonder they're all mad as a box of frogs. Going round in circles all day will probably do that to you.

Jesus Christ! My resting heart rate is 54bpm... What are you doing all day to get your heart rate that high, other than the sex? Either you're an exercise freak or you need to see a doctor.

My regular physician in the states hates these drinks.  And he is a sports specialist.  The problem isn't that it raises your heart rate while running or screwing.  It's when you are finished doing anything it keeps it up there artificially.  It is dangerous even to an athlete.  He isn't against all caffeine either.  No problems with my 2-3 cups of coffee every morning or occasional cola drinks.  Just not these things.  He suggests other options for maximizing a workout.

It appears that the unique blend of sugar, caffeine and taurine in an energy drink may combine to have an effect on the heart, Doerner said. He and his colleagues tested a second group using a drink containing only caffeine, but those patients did not show a significant increase in heart contractions.

I love drinking Vodka Lipo all the time, makes your hangover easier to deal with. The warnings on all energy drinks though are not for use by pregnant people, children and people with dodgy tickers

  • Increased heart rate and blood pressure. Energy drinks can increase heart rate and blood pressure, particularly in people who already have heart disease.
