buy used car in pattaya

Hi Guys,

new on this site this is my first post.

I am moving to thailand in the next 10 days, to Pattaya specifically and would like any information on buying a used car. Anyone know of any decent car dealerships etc. I know that I cannot get finance so probably going to have to buy used and pay cash.

Any information would be very helpful.

Simple advice - DON'T

 

Either buy privately or travel to places 30k from Pattaya i.e. Sattahip, Ban Chang, Rayong or the other way to Ban Saen, Sri Racha, Chonburi.

 

Pattaya has highly elevated prices.

 

Expect to pay at least 25% less in these other places.
