I had a house built last year down southern thailand (western style/finishes) 120sq.metres 2 bed 2 bath total cost 1.3 million

A few features of this house are .

Double Cavity Q-Con block walls two time 75mm .

Hardwood windowsills skirting boards door frames .Built in hard wood staircaes with wrought iron steel work .

Grade A - UPVC double glazed Windows .

12mm tempered glass shower closets with stainless steel fittings .

Full fitted kitchen black granite work tops .

Three faze electric ,house feed underground armored cables .

Back up generator (just in case of power cut )

Sixty meter driveway and a 120 meter long perimeter wall with wrought iron steel work and rate to match .
