Did Tokyo Kids naked sushi ever open again?

I was looking into the possibility of a Nyotaimori meal with friends to celebrate some recent acquisitions and I read that Tokyo Kids was the only place in Pattaya to do it and they got raided in Feb 2015.  Did they ever re-open the restaurant?

Not that i have heard. The old location is still vacant

Yes it re-opened but only for bookings, but I have no idea how long that lasted for.

Anyone know of another restaurant or service that offers the naked sushi girl?  I found one service that will cater it directly to your hotel room, but it's ridiculously overpriced for Thailand (15000 Baht, includes sushi "for 5 people", but that might just mean 5 small portions or something, no clue).  I'm willing to pay that price, because this is a bucket list thing and therefore not really about pricing, but I was wondering if there are any alternatives anyone knows.
