Any help on this would be appreciated, google and Thai2english etc. are ok but I want to know a more accurate translation.

For a long time will have photograph with girlfriend (then I am a bit lost on meaning) 

 

 

I believe it is to say for a long time I have been with my girlfriend but now I want to show a photograph of her.

My take on it:

Every once in a while I'll post a pic of us as a couple, just like my friends do

 

As for ง่อว, I hadn't heard of it before, but apparently it's slang (so you probably won't find it in a dictionary) used when you admire or praise something, like Woah!, Wow!

Mind you, it can be used sarcastically too...

ง่อว = woah , wow , cool

Copied it and showed to my girl she said it can mean wow but it is also just the same as a farang would say when they reply aah to indicate they understand or they listen. In isan she says they say err. Can have many choice what it mean.
