Havnt booked yet, but I usually snag an Aussie guesthouse near Royal Paradise, a few mins to Bangla rd and Jungceylon shopping centre.

It's clean, not a rip off and run very well.

I'm at the Sira Grande hotel this trip. Only about 2 minutes the the boxing stadium and a few minutes from Bangla and JC
