? Condo. 10-foot ceiling, near 2nd Rd, central Pattaya ?

My preference for a condo location is near Pattaya Central Road and Second Road/Soi Buakhao.  

 

I would appreciate the names of condominium buildings that have a 10-foot (3-meter) ceiling?  Or, maybe 9-foot (2.7 meter)?

I've never actually measured the height of ceilings in the Condos I've stayed in.
