I have used them a lot, in fact I wouldn't book with any other company when it comes to accommodation. There service is second to none. Prices are always very very competitive if not the cheapest on the internet. Also, had no problems with security on there site either.

 

After every trip I always get a personally written email asking if everything was to my satisfaction which is a very nice touch I think.

 

Can't recommend them enough.

I have never received such great service. They undercut nearly all search engines and usually undercut the hotel prices (if you were to go direct with them).

 

What I liked was that the guy Tim has a great working relationship with hotels so when I told him my exact wish list for what a hotel was to have, he contacted the hotel personally and made sure that due to the differing lay outs of some rooms, he knew the one to request and book for me. He is not Thai, so he understands the standards of service and quality that farangs can request/expect.

 

His communication is second to none and keeps you in the loop and progress.

 

For years, Ive always arranged my own accommodation, but without doubt, will be using him for all future bookings.

 

BTW I have no business or personal investment with this company. Im just a customer who is not easily impressed but was more than happy with the service and prices.

I Had preliminary booked direct with the hotel. However after finding the website ( thanks to loveyoulongtime ) the rates worked out a lot cheaper. So have booked with them.

Just waiting now to see if my dates are ok.

Cant say I have found this site the cheapest on the net when booking hotels, for example, I was checking out how much Pattaya Discovery Beach hotel cost

On Thai hotel Discount site and it is much more expensive booking through them than through Asia,

Im led to believe that Tim at ThaiHotelDiscount started his company specialising in Bangkok where he is faultless. Im told he is building up his porfolio of business association with Pattaya hotels. When this is to the extent he is with Bangkok, I would suggest there would be no reason to go anywhere else.

 

Really, the customer service and deal finder is second to none.

Thanks and that's right. At the moment we specalise in Bangkok hotels and would say our rates for these are very good. I am adding more Pattaya hotels each week and some of these may be more expensive than other sites.

 

Although as you know, my service is second to none. Confirmations are done withi 1-2 hours and enquiries or advice is given within 10 minutes of the email arriving. I am also the one to process the bookings, and subsequent bookings are as easy as emailing me your hotel and dates.

 

Been in this business nearly 4 yrs now and would say I am quite experienced in this business. No one website can have the best prices for all hotels. Its impossible. However when I go abroad with my family I look for a website with good prices, but equally importantly good service. As in my cause normally something goes wrong and I need to change something. That peace of mind sometimes can mean a lot when you need their help. You will never know how good a company is, until somethings go wrong and you need help, especially in Thailand! No such after sales here normally.

 

Al customers are known by me by name and are not just a number Any enquiry and advice or help is dealt with equal importance.

Must admit I have also used them and will now always check with them first when booking a hotel
