is it possible to BUY motorcycle license ? ( Just buy, no pass it )

is it possible for a certain amount of money to BUY directly a genuine and official Motorcycle license in Pattaya ?

it used to be .... not anymore ( in pattaya anyway , maybe possible in the provinces  ) they  get shitty when you offer them money at banglamung now , 

 

and of course it is illegal

Why bother trying to circumvent the law? It is not that difficult to pass and do it the old fashioned way!

one friend simply buy it in another country, so i wonder and ask if its also possible to buy in Thailand at Pattaya.

With the army's clamp down on corruption I'm not sure if you can do this now. Up in our village you used to be able to "buy" them off the police, possibly 500 baht. Now I've never done this nor condone it but one of my mate did.
