Just booked this for 1st feb, anybody stayed there or any info on it?

 

I can't find a great deal on the Net about it, but Agoda reviews look positive and the rooms and location look great.

I emailed them last night asking about allowing 'Guests' as I couldn't find any info other than one review on Agoda. As of yet they haven't got back to me. I know I should have probably done this before booking, but there is a free cancellation offer on it, so if I don't hear back from them in the next 24 hours, I may cancel

I had a good look at this place last year,the superior rooms look superb,its in a good area too right near soi`s 7 and 8.Unfortunately there isnt much in the way of reveiws but going on the few there are it seems a good place to stay,although there isnt a pool,that might not be a deal breaker but it might be for some.

Ive stayed there mate, its a good place run by very nice people. card key for entry and girl friendly.

Unfortunately I cancelled my booking. I had sent 2 emails in the last 48 hours asking a couple of simple questions and nobody has responded to me. One email was to their advertised email on there web page and the other was through the Contact area on the same page 24 hours later.

 

It might be a nice place run by nice people, but I figured if they can't be bothered to respond to a booked customers emails then I'll take my Baht elsewhere.

The rooms do look very nice though, so probably why he can charge around 1000 thb per night

Can get condo in VT6 or VT7 for that!

You could have asked Agoda. They take the (high) Commission, it would be there Job. But do not expect an useful answer from them. 

 

What surpises me most however is: You go and book a hotel. After you booked it, you come on here and ask questions. Would it not be

more easy to ask first and then book the hotel if you are happy with the answers? But that would be logical thinking, guess thats not your strenght.

You could use that for your next job interview, if they ask you that question.

Be happy Chalet Suisse does not mention room prices on their website.

The food prices on their website are all but up to date.
