Does anyone know of a regular location where someone sets up a cart selling these delicious tasty morsels of goodness, I love them for breakfast with grilled chicken livers and a coffee

Love the thai cooking but the sugar is ridiculous.

 

ngredients (bottom layer)

1 cup rice flour
2 cups water
1/3 cup steamed (cooked) jasmine rice
1/2 cup grated, dried coconut (available in the baking section of most supermarkets)
1/2 teaspoon salt

Ingredients (topping)

1 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup sugar
1.5 teaspoon salt
1 green onion (scallion) chopped (optional)

Quite a few around. If you're near Jomtien, the market between Kiss Food and the Rompho has a stand that does them.  Not sure if she's there all the time, but the girl I saw working it a couple of days ago was very cute.
