I'm moving over in December for the long term and looking for a 2 bed place to rent, up to a max of 20.000B/month.

 

Will consider all types but houses preferred.

 

Areas:

 

North (Inc Naklua) Pattaya

Central Pattaya

South Pattaya

Jomtien

Na Jomtien

Pratamnak

Basically anywhere on the bright side (beach side of Sukhumvit)

 

Would like:

A/C

Cable / UBC

ADSL for Internet access

Furnished

A kitchen (Thai or Euro - doesn't matter as it won't be me doing the cooking but need a refrigerator)

A decent shower (I have a phobia of skanky bathrooms!)
