The Forum titled "Cheapest hotels Guaranteed" is not about the cheapest hotels in Pattaya or Thailand... it is a link to an advertisement for a pretty poor commercial site... there are lots of good hotel references here on PA if you search for them.

Actually Agoda offers a guarantee that if you find the hotel cheaper they will refund the difference. In addition they offer the loyalty points scheme that is very useful for frequent visitors.

 

They do try to be cheapest per se but as prices continually change its difficult. Its is one opf the largest hotel booking websites on the world, hardly a "poor commercial site"
