What price range and location are you looking at ?.

Apartment can be had from 5K a month and up depending on location and what they have in them.

For only a 3 week stay I would look at the LK Metro area, Metro Apartments and The Rock House are a couple of good places that spring to mind

I stay in Jomtiem 750bht a night i like it cus it has 2 pools and alot of security

Not View Talay But had to buy TV DVD WM Fridge and lots of bits.

Apartment: 1 Studio "Standard superior" Price: 9250 Baht A mouth

 

Apartment: 2 studio standard price: 7250 Baht A mouth

 

Deposit = 5000 Baht

 

Cleaning: 210 Baht (done twice a week, included linen laundry)

Electricity: 6 Baht/KW

Water: 29 Baht/cubic meter

 

on arrival, you'll have to pay the rent and the deposit

ON CASH NOT CREDIT CARD. The cleaning, electricity & water bills will be deduct from your deposit on departure.
