Navigation Button on Android mobile not working

Yesterday, the forum seemed to have problems with access from a mobile phone (Android Samsung s4)

pages were completely inaccessible

 

Now I can log-in etc from mobile, but the navigation button on top right corner is not working at all.

Now problems as far as I can see with access from PC

 

Did anyone else experience the same?  Or maybe a device problem isolated to my phone?
