Motel room VS rental condo (1 master room) (

Locations range: beach road - 3rd road)

Motel :

1- cleaned room include fresh bed , clean towels , bottles of water every day

2- maintenance on demand or immediate change to next door

3- electric + water = paid

4- total cost = 9k - 21k baht monthly

Condo:

1-you have to clean it by your self , friend or housemate

2-maintenance hassle !

3-you pay your own electric + water

4-cost 3k - 10k baht monthly , (total cost : laundry , housemate , electric bill , other side shopping = 5k-12k + 3k-10k = 8k-22k baht)

What you choose ?

I say take a condo--whether one night or several nights.

Although I'm 'biased' as I rent my condo when not there, I've about 100 nights (before buying it) in several Pattaya hotels.

Nothing is better than having:

1) A nice 'sofa' to watch a LARGE TV and snuggle with a TG.

2) Nice having a microwave and coffee maker.

3) No 'walk of shame'. (Doesn't bother me BUT some guys don't like the 'front desk' examinations).

4) A much larger physical space.

5) Higher quality sheets and towels (typically) than most hotels.

depends what kind of holidays are you planing to have,

if you need your room just for a quick shower and for sex then motel is better, if you are planing to stay watch tv and use house facilities then a condo would be much better

OP really needs to re evaluate his costs on condos. The numbers mentioned are living like a Thai in a Thai apartment, doing their own laundry, house mate being roommate sharing bills not paying someone to have sex with, etc
