Newly Built Hotels in Soi Bukoaew area

I am looking for names and contact address of newly built hotels, 2 years or less, not over 1500 baht per night.That are located in Soi Bukoaew area with a swimming pool.

stayed a golden sea earlier this year - ok hotel, but room choice is critical imo go for a pool facing room of whatever standard as the city view rooms are like armslength from the building next to them fronting onto Soi B

The shower is basic but acceptable if ur not too fusy, pool area was nice and totally underused

One of the best points with Nuang Duan is that it is a 5 minute walk to The Avenue Shopping Mall which allows you to head for beach road or hop a baht bus toward Big C.
