Forum date/time is wrong (December 31, 1969)

This is the default time of a UNIX server if the clock is not set or synchronized. This seems to indicate the server isn't set up to synchronize time via Internet time (ie NTP), or that the clock wasn't even manually set.

There are a plethora of reasons why this is bad or can invite disaster (Security exploits are just the tip of the iceberg) - while one of the reasons admins might do this is to date-trick licensed software that has an expiration date (again, this reason is a terrible idea, for the aforementioned reasons).

So, this serves as the notification that this is broken, and needs fixing.
