Music licence Soi 6

Tried to post this question in bar owner section but was denied

for some reason

 

Openning a new bar on Soi 6 today can any one shed any light on the music licensing i will require

as so many conflicting anwsers

 

Was an empty shop but now a bar all other licence ok but this music thing is a pain

1. What the regulations say. And

 

2. How the regulations are actually enforced.

 

I know he had some problems with their interpretations of the regulations when he first took over.
